1. Outram - Specialist Outpatient Clinic (SOC)
Counter duties, appointment making, cashiering, room assisting doctors in consultation room

• Office hours
• 1 year contract, convertible to Perm

2. Outram - Patient Financial Services 
Provide accurate and timely processing of bills and charges, deposit, as well as financial counseling to all patients.

• Mon-Fri: Staggered hours between 8am-6pm
  Sat: Once/Twice a month, half sat
• 1 year contract, convertible to Perm

3. Paragon / Woodleigh- health screening clinic
Provide receptionist duties at front counter, Ensure accuracy of clinical data entry into computer system, Able to apply basic patient care, Maintain filling system, coordinate appointments and other admin duties, Liaise with various insurance company and make payment arrangement, Any other task as directed by the Clinic Manager or Doctor

• Mon - Fri (830am – 530pm) with 1 hour break, Sat (830am – 1230pm)
• 3 months convertible to perm

4. Bishan / Potong Pasir
Handles front desk registration of patient, schedule medical appointments, dispensing medications and consumables and payment collection, Provide administrative support, Record medical billings/invoices, Responsible for monthly stock taking of drugs and consumables, Assist Doctor to provide treatment and medical examination, To carry out any other duties and responsibilities as assigned

• Working hours: 2 shifts (44 hrs per week) - weekends only half day
  8.30am - 12pm , 1 - 4pm, 6 - 9pm
  Contract: 6 months contract to perm 

5. Bukit Timah
Provide front-line services to patients for admission, Assist in the registration of patients, maintain complete information and accurate records in the patients' system database, Handling enquiries on patients' admissions, Scheduling of patients' appointments, Collect deposits and payments from patients and offering pre-admission financial counselling as part of the admission process.

• Working Hours: 12H Rotating Shifts (Shift allowances provided)
