Job Responsibilities

• Handling HR function for 4 to 6 Childcare Centres;
• Responsible for the hiring process on recruitment, selection and screening of staff
• Monitoring of employees’ employment contract expiry, permit expiry and confirmation due date;
• Maintain & updating staff personal file;
• Preparation of Monthly HR Reports;
• Review HR policies & processes and ensure compliance to statutory requirement;
• Administer staff benefits (such as Leave Records, Insurance claim, Medical claim etc);
• Coordinate and arrange for work pass medical examination and processing / collection of work pass;
• Process training applications and filing for training grants, (if required)
• Process employees’ insurance claim (if any)
• Compile Monthly Relief Staff Timesheets for Payroll processing;
• Manage all matters relating to submission of government required surveys and mandatory documentations;
• General HR administration, such as preparation of appointment letters, confirmation letter etc;
• Process government paid maternity leave, childcare leave reimbursement etc;
• Sourcing of accommodation for new foreigner worker (if required);
• Fetching of new staff from Changi Airport (if required); and
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirement

• Preferably with Diploma in Human Resource Management or equivalent
• Minimum 1 – 2 years HR administration experience
• Well-versed with Singapore Employment Act and HR related practices
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision and provide professional HR knowledge to management and staffs
• Able to start work within short notice
