Senior/Executive Assistant (6 months, Data admin, Group HR Shared Services)

Location: One North
5 days office hours
Salary: up to 3.4k
Contract till Sep 2024

Responsibilities:

• Collect, input, and maintain employee data in SAP SuccessFactors and other HR databases with a high level of accuracy and confidentiality.
• Ensure data integrity by conducting regular audits, resolving discrepancies, and updating records as needed.
• Collaborate with HR team members to streamline data entry processes and improve data management efficiency.
• Work with institution site HR and share best practise/knowledge on Human Resources Information System(HRIS) functionality and data entry procedures.

• Assist to troubleshoot any HRIS data entry related issues or enhancement. 
• Filing and maintenance of all HRIS related documentation.
• Assist on team meeting, special projects and initiatives as assigned.
  Qualifications:
  
  • Diploma with at least 1 year of relevant experience.
  • Proven experience as an HR Data Administrator or similar role, with a strong understanding of HRIS databases and data management principles. Experience with SAP SuccessFactors is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and MS Office applications, especially Excel and Word.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and recordkeeping.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
