Location: China, occasional travel to India required

Monthly Salary Range (SGD): $4,500 - 7,000

We need someone who works on heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems, boilers and boiler rooms, construction technology, installation engineering budgeting, and construction organization management.

The responsibilities include developing specific construction plans for HVAC projects, providing on-site guidance during HVAC construction, and offering technical support.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct technical analysis of HVAC engineering projects.
• Handle HVAC engineering tendering and contracts, select construction teams, etc.
• Draft HVAC construction plans, supervise implementation, and resolve construction issues.
• Manage HVAC-related procedures.
• Review HVAC engineering drawings.
• Acceptance of HVAC construction projects.
• Coordinate communication between construction units and supervisory units.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• At least 3 year of related working experiences .
• Experience in troubling shooting HVAC system and equipments.
• Willing to work shift.
• Willingness to travel to India occasionally.
• Proficient in spoken and written Mandarin as need to liaise with China.

暖通工程师的工作内容
✅负责项目中暖通工程技术分析工作;
✅负责暖通工程的招标工作，并签定合同、协议，选择
施工队伍等；
✅编写暖通施工工程方案，并监督实施和处理施工中的问题;
✅负责办理暖通方 面配套手续;
✅审核暖通专业图纸；
✅验收暖通施工工程;
✅负责与施工单位、监理单位的协调沟通。
